  1. laws. education.

    and proper public school funding.

  2. Free d****s for everyone!!!

  3. FREEDOM.

Freedom includes freedom from government (I can't believe someone put accountability first - the government is accountable to the people, not the other way round. I'm a LOT more concerned about what the government is up to than any private citizens) Some scary people seem to want fascism because they are scared of everyone and it makes them feel secure.

Also, if people have real freedom, they are a lot more able to provide their other requirements for themselves, rather than being reliant on the government.

    EQUALITY.

Everyone should be treated fairly REGARDLESS of financial background, class, race, social status and other privileges which currently corrupt our society. This includes having access to top class EDUCATION for all who will benefit not just the moneyed elite.

    HEALTHCARE.

Everyone should have free access to the best available healthcare regardless of their financial or social status.

  4. Universal health care/social programs, a good educational  system, and fair taxation to help  lower level income groups and make big corporations pay their fair share.

  5. Security, good roads, good schools

  6. 1) Freedom of religion (something I think we often fail to appreciate)

    2) For all children (k-through college). Health care and nutrition for low income children (they are our future)

    3)National Security

My list could be much longer.  :)

  7. 1. free healthcare.

  8. money, house and money

  9. Protection, a stable framework of non-arbitrary laws, and a stable currency.  (Though there are other things.)

  10. Liberty, Justice, and Equality.

    . . . . and free beers every Friday. I can hope can't I?

  11. Protection, Freedom, and Rights

  12. Accountability, Responsibility, and Reliability.

  13. Freedom of speech. Free education. Free food & shelter.

  14. equality

    freedom

    justice

  15. 1) Protect the citizens from foreign and domestic enemies.

    2) Protect the rights of the citizens. The government does not grant us our rights. The founding fathers said our Creator has given us our rights.

    3) Treaties with foreign nations.

Most other things are unconstitutional for the federal government to do. Our founding fathers established a very limited government. The government has far exceeded its constitutional boundaries.

"The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the DebtDefenserovide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; To borrow Money on the credit of the United States; To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian tribes; ... To coin Money ... To establish Post Offices and post Roads ... [and] To raise and support Armies."

  16. Why is this a spiritual question. Why didn't you just ask this in Society and Culture or Current Events?....

Anyway. My government can go s***w for all I care. All I want is the truth, despite what is for "my own good".

  17. "Should" give?

    A year-round school schedule

One drink on the "House" each week

and lottery tickets for a ride on the space shuttle.

  18. Bibles, guns, and ammo.

  19. As we is the gov'ment, I would hope for security, peace, and freedom.

    All the best!

  20. The government doing something good for once?

OH RLY. I think I'll wait till that happens and then decide.
