Spitfire wheels, too loud, is this normal.

Yo, i started to skate.

First i bought some crappy skateboard with trucks and wheels just to learn the basics.

And now i bought an Element board and some spitfire wheels.

But the wheels are really loud. The wheels from the crappy board are much softer and quiet.

Is it normal that good wheels are hard and loud?? The spitfire wheels were really expensive and i like to drive on them but all people are looking strange at me when i drive by with my board that sounds like a tank or jetplane.

Can i do something to avoid this??

please help!

  1. If you don't like the noise, you will have to find some softer wheels.  Most of the good wheels  are hard and loud, so they will last longer and be able to roll over little rocks better.  You can consider the wheels from www.betterskateboarding.com.  Their wheels are hard, but feel and sound soft.
