im not sure about splash mountain, but the space mountain one is some version of a stevie wonder song, but its sung by the red hot chili peppers

i went on the same ride too but i do remember seeing it on u  tube but it kind of old and really kidish.

There are more than one featured in the ride. The best known one is Zip-a-dee-doo-dah.  It's probably available on iTunes, although there are many different versions of it, sung by many different people.  The version you would need would be from the Disney movie "Song of the South".
