Question:

Splendide comb-o-matic 6200 door wont unlock

I'm staying somewhere that has one of these combo machines, and I've gone onto the website and there's no help for this problem on the troubleshooting page :( so anyway, the light wont stop flashing fast, and door wont unlock HELP!!
