Splish Splash and the LIRR?

If I don't buy the LIRR roundtrip package to Splish Splash and just go to the Ronkonkoma station with my own ticket, do I have to pay for the shuttle bus or do I get a transfer?

Is there any other way for me to get to Splish Splash?

    If you don't buy the package, you probably just need to pay for the shuttle and make sure you arrive at the time that it's there.
