Split for cable?

Okay I bought a Mic Mate so I can use a mic and plug it into my computer. But I have two mics, one for guitar, one for vocals, is there any type of cable splitter so I can plug both into and out of the Mic Mate, because there is only one input and output, when I need to.

One cable is a double ended USB cable and the other is a double ended XLR cable.

You can't just combine the wires.  You need a mic mixer to combine 2 or more mics into one cable.  Check any decent music store for one.
