Split rent fairly with a master bedroom?

I'm living in a house next year with two other people, one of which I have lived with for three years. We have already decided that the person getting the master bedroom should pay more per month but we are having a hard time deciding what is an adequate amount. The rent of the house is 1095/month. please help.

I am wanting to share a house with a married couple, who want the master bedroom.
There will be 4 living in a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, so I will have to share bathroom.

I who will be sharing the bathroom, also own all the furniture.

How do we sort out the rent on all of this?
