Splits Question!?

I had my splits last week and stuff, but now this week i don't have them. What is up with that!?! and plus my back knee always hurts, cause it gets pressed into the ground at my studio. To my left knee is always black and blue. Any advice?!?

  1. just keep stretching everyday, to help relieve so pressure try using a mat or knee pads.


  2. well first of all ouch and second of all you could have torn a muscle or a ligement maybe you werent ready yet for the splits

  3. ouch bruises suck don't they. Keep stretching at home but try and do your splits on the carpet so your back knee has time to heal.

    This happens to everyone though. For some reason my left split is a lot more flexy than my right, and recently I've just about nearly lost my left split. Which is really weird because I can just go into the splits without warming up at all.
