ok well like 2 days ago i was stretching for the splits for like maybe 20-30 minutes with my friend, and i only had like 2 more inches till i was down, but now when like i strech for like maybe 10 minutes i cant get down that low even if i strech for like 10 minutes, also which is harder the center/middle split of the side splits ( right leg split??
