Question:

Splits?????????????????

ok well like 2 days ago i was stretching for the splits for like maybe 20-30 minutes with my friend, and i only had like 2 more inches till i was down, but now when like i strech for like maybe 10 minutes i cant get down that low even if i strech for like 10 minutes,

also which is harder the center/middle split of the side splits ( right leg split??

  1. Try warming up a little before doing the splits. You can try doing things like the butterfly stretch and putting your legs out in front and bending over while pulling your toes back. For me it is easier to do right leg splits.
