Question:

Splits??????

If I can't do a split, will i ever be able 2 do one. Like, is it sumething you're born to be able to do or can i do a lot of stretching and succeed?

  1. Well I startd dancing and taking gymnastics when i was 3 and up until i was 9 i was nvr a ble to do a spilt. All u hav to do is stretch. do hamstring stretches like lunges and grounf stretches like the one in second. Also, do not over work your self. I ovr workd my hamstring and i pulled the muscle.

    I had been dancing for years and just got my split last year. You really have to strech everyday. What really helped was to pick your favorite song and hold your right split while it plas trough. Then do your left leg to the same leg. You could also do your straddle. For my straddle I like to have someone push me forward white i am facing the wall so it is really pushing me to strech. But u definatley are not born ablle to do a split just a little work. Hope it helps <3

  4. if you stretch everyday eventually you should be able to do it. i was hardly flexible but i stretched everyday and after about 3 months i got my splits
