Splitsso i could almost do my splits and now i can barely do it now?

  1. well what I do to keep my splits is I put one foot on like step stool or something around that height then I do my splits. Yes this may sound painful but it DOES work! that way you will get a more effective stretch! hope this helped! good luck!


  2. you get less flexible as you get older.

    try stretching with your front leg on top of the couch or a cushioned chair.  it will be like an "over-split", but if you do that 5 minutes on each leg for about a week, i GUARANTEE you'll have your splits again.

  3. umm did u stop stretching 4 a while cuz if thats the case it makes sense...if u want to u can get them down if u just like stretch every nite and stuff
