  1. Sponsorship...

First off you should try to spell correctly, but contests are where you can get started.  Companies will not contact you, you need to contact them and really promote yourself.  Do well in the contests you enter and make many friends.  Also, get some of your buddies together and film and photograph yourself showing how great you're talent is.  Then compile all your contest results, edited video, and photos in a resume to send out to the companies which you think may want to sponsor you.  Also take this resume to a local snow shop and ask about their shop team.  They have contacts with local reps that can get you hooked up with free gear and contacts.  But most of all, don't be concerned about sponsorship more than you are focused on having fun.

  2. go to competitions.

if your good, they'll contact you.

  3. you gotta have major skills and really know how to rip it up. Know your specialty- halfpipe, slopestyle, freestyle and go to comps to compete schmooze the important guys there wo are sponsored or work for companies. Get your name around. Then after you become sort of known send in a resume to a company. Try Pac  sun or your local shop! GOOD LUCK!

  4. 1) ask your sponsered friends

    2)go to demos/competitions

3)make a sponsor video and post it on youtube

4)send a video of yourself to skullcandy (they are a new headphone company who makes their prducts for snowboarders and are new so are gicing out alot of sponorships)

    www.skullcandy.com

  5. How good are you...five years doesn't mean that much.  It's more of how good you actually are.  Your best shot right now is with local shops.  Make a video and send it in.

Once again, how good are you?  (What can you do?)

Being sponsored isn't always great.  People say it turns into more of a job rather than a lifestyle and fun.  That's exactly what it's not supposed to be.
