  1. Hi I work for benefits, you can claim housing and council tax benefit without it affecting his visa, you will have to declare him on your clim form and you would have to declare any income from him, but basically benefit would be paid for the rate of a single person (you) as he will have no recalls to public funds, if you are claiming jsa you should get the full rate anyway

  2. your husband has been asking similar questions and has gotten some good answers, have a look at those.

  3. you as a sponsor are responsible for the upkeep of the person you are sponsoring.

the uk tax payer will not give you a thing.

you have to pay for them youself as that is what you agreed to do, if you cannot do so he may be sent back.

so best you go and get a job

  4. Your inability to support yourself and your husband jeopardizes his visa.  If you can legally work in the UK, you must find a job and support yourself & husband or return to own country.

  5. there will not be no change you will still have to keep paying your council tax and rent ????

  6. Get a job?

  7. Why did you come to the UK if you cannot afford to support yourself? That money is British Taxpayers' money, what makes you think that you have any right to it?

People like you make me very angry.  I have to pay my own council tax and housing costs too and I'm a low income British taxpayer.  Why should you profit from my taxes when you have only been here since February?

Go away.   Or get a job.
