Sponsored by a couple?

i met a a couple who own an adult family home.

The couple is willing to sponsor me and my fiance if we work for them.

I am just wondering whether it would be better to get married first before we file out paper or should we just wait until the whole process is done?

And how long does this process take until i get my legal papers?

Well, they could always file separate petitions for the 2 of you and they would  probably have to do so anyway if the intention is for both of you to work. How long it takes, depends on what sort of work classification they're filing for. If you're already in the US, you would need to be  in some sort of current legal status for this to work out. If you're outside of the US, you'd have to file for the proper visa for this sort of work, after your employer filed a petition that was approved by USCIS.
