Spool locks

Question

With both my epson printers (cx6600 and stylus 740) after one document has been printed, it fails to delete from the spool and means that no other print jobs can be completed. The only way to print another job is to reboot the print server by disconnected and reconnecting the power cord, and this has to be done every single time.
