Fito Rinaudo transferred from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gimnasia-La-Plata-c39425 to Sporting Lisbon this summer and so far has enjoyed his new surroundings.
The defensive midfielder has taken to the pitch almost seven times for the Sportinguistas now and revealed that his current side were a team being moulded into genuine title contenders for the season.
Speaking to reporters, Rinaudo said that the players were still gelling together and it will take some time for them to function as a single unit. However, he claimed they will only get better as the season wears on.
“In the first game we could not win but the team never lost his head and stabilized. Altogether we are fifteen ribs and we had to do better. Therefore, I am sure that with the passing of the games the team will get better. And will also yield more results,
but we have to work for it.” Fito Rinaudo was quoted as saying.
The Sky Blue International also said that the loyal supporters of the Lions had treated him well and jokingly stated that he was quite happy that they did not make fun of him.
