  1. Paypal has outlawed all gambling transactions. Bet jam has e-check and they offer payouts via their own ATM card in less than an hour, not to mention safe and secure. http://www.betjm.com/default.aspx?ZID=N8...

  2. If you are a US resident, you can't use Paypal to deposit to a gambling account.  Bodog was the last site to offer e-check as a form of payment, but their merry-go-round of payment processors has left that again a thing of the past.

I would recommend funding a site with a Visa All Access Gift Card.  They can be found at most grocery stores in the US, and can be used at any site that accepts Visa.  I've used them at a few sites without hassle.  You can pay for them with cash or your own debit card.  Be aware that other cards, like "Vanilla" or "Green Dot" cards do not work.  There may be other cards that work, but I know personally that the All Access cards work.  You can always take payment by check.  I recommend Bookmaker or Intertops.  But check http://dagus-statistics.com/reviews.htm for a review of each and see which suits you best.  You'll also find bonus codes to each of their best bonuses.  Hope this helps.
