Well my sports day is in like 2 maybe 3 weeksand basically i hate it lol.And i am doing 1500.I did so bad today in my tryout i got 10:40 minutes.Which is so bad.I didnt think i was that unfit.Will it be like impossible to train and get a better time.I only have a couple of weeks agghhh.Also whats average time?Whats the best way? ... is running everynight or just like a couple of times a week. im not good at long distance so what is the best method of running??AGHH please help i dont want to look like a fool!
