  1. After my kids soccer games I always bring a cooler of capri sun's and some fresh fruit. Usually orange slices, apple slices or grapes. The kids seem to love them. Then after a big game, I would bring Popsicles.

    Hope this helps hun.

    =)

  2. Water is always your best bet to rehydrate your kids.  Try to stay away from the sugary juice boxes and pouches.  Gatorade/powerade has less sugar, but only offer 4-6 ounces.

Appropriate snacks have been mentioned too.  But again, avoid anything sugary.  Pretzel sticks are a great snack too.  Trail mix, peel a banana, carrot/celery sticks.  GoGurts (my son loves them frozen).

    Good luck!

  3. I agree with all the previous answers. But remember to always offer water. It is important that children of all ages accept water as a good thirst quenching drink.

  4. celery with peanut butter and some with chesse and some with sour cream suprise your kid(s) every week with a different topping

  5. Snacks:

    Apple Slices

    Celery & PB

    Crackers

    Gram Crackers

    Drinks:

    Apple Juice

    Juice boxes/bags

    Milk?

    Hope this helps. (:
