Sports betting online legal?

Question

so me and a bunch of my friends and other people have stumbled upon this website where you can bet on sporting events... for instance MLB, MLS, NBA, NFL, etc..

and so it works like this the site gives you 10 cents to start off with you never pay or loss your own money. so as i was saying.. you get 10 cents and you place a bet on a game, but you have to watch an ad first, thats how the site and you make money. so is this considered gambling if its not even your money?

and dont say this site is ripping me off b/c this site is legit im not a dumb@ss like some ppl and i dont get ripped off online.

so is this really considered gambling and is it legal.. im pretty sure the site is run by a bunch of college kids ...

There is no federal law that makes gambling with an overseas betting site illegal.  There is a law that makes it difficult for banks to transact with gambling sites, however there is no means of enforcement or patrolling.

Yes it is ok if you are using this site as it is ran by adds from what i've been told.
