Sports bra over regular bra...?

Question

ok so i have pe (well aerobics) for the first time since like 6th grade...! my coach told us that we have to wear a sports bra cuz it will lower the chance of getting breast cancer if they're 'tied down'.... but anyways i was wondering if anyone has worn a sports bra over their regular bra... i think it would be easier than flashing everyone or fighting over a changing stall....! thx for the answers...! =)

yeah. it will give you extra support! i'm only 7 but i read alot of books on theese things so i know. hope it works out for u!

I personnaly like sport bras better than regular.they give you great support... if u get the right one!
