  1. If you're getting tired the fastest, you need to build up your stamina. Try distance running.

    Drop the puck already!

  2. 1 day a week is not enough to be good at anything.  To make it at all in the sports world it requires a high lvl of commitment to athletic conditioning.  At least 5 days a week.  Start out by running, running, running and more running.  After that make sure you stretch nice and thoroughly, then start a nice routine.  check out crossfit.com.  that site has tons of great conditioning exercises.

  3. sorry i have no video.

But go to a skteing ring and skate a round.

Get a timer and test to see how fast you went and practice once a week.

  4. Not sure if you want videos, but this should be a good start:

    http://www.thewrestlingtalk.com/wrestlin...

The site technically related to wrestling, but what better sport to learn conditioning from.

  5. start running short distances, maybe a mile a day at a good pace, then everyday, increase your pace then increase your distance, i do this to train for hockey and it worked out a lot. i brought my mile time from 553 to 458 in 6 weeks. doing short sprints helps build leg strength. running hills is also a great thing to do

  6. Honestly.....

Try yoga. It's more than just getting you relaxed.....it'll straighten posture and also make you more limber, agile.....Practice it 3 times a week, beginner's video and do it for an hour at a time.

  7. Cut back to half a pack of Camels a day....That should help...

  8. everyday go running set a distance and as you feel more comfortable incease that also stop drinking pop it slows you down

  9. well this is cool because i jsut finished football conditioning.  well you need to eat alot of sale. do not drink gatorade because it is only 4% of your salt for the day try to eat salt tablets or power bars remember to drink water! nd if you are running remember to pace yourself hope that helps!
