Sports day ! helppp?

its sports day tomoz and i am against the two fastest runners in the school, i don't want to win but i just want to stop getting a stich. and to control my breathing better , any ideas ?

  2. this might be kind of hard to master but i've been in track for 2 years now and it works. you want to inhale, run three steps then exhale run three steps and just continue doing that. and also if you think you have strong enough legs for this, try and take large almost bouncy steps and shoot of every step.
