Sports games in Florida?

Question

Hi, my Husband and I are going to Florida from Sept 26th - Oct 10th 2008. We are going to be driving from Miami down to the Keys up the west coast across past Orlando and back down the East coast. We would love to see any of the following games... Baseball, Basketball, Ice Hockey or American Football but I am having difficulty with this! Are they all out of season or could you recommend a team/game we could watch at any of the places we will be going? We saw the LA Dodgers 2 years and loved it! Thanks in advance!

Well, if you are going to be in Miami around that time, chances are that there will be plenty of Dolphins football tickets available.  The Tampa Bay Rays baseball will be in the playoffs, but tickets may be hard to find.  Also, NHL Hockey will be just starting toward the tail end of your trip, with teams in Both the Miami and Tampa areas.  

College football will also be in full swing, and Tickets to a USF game in Tampa or a UCF game in Orlando should be fairly easy to come by.  Miami Hurricane tickets may be easy to find too, but not as easy.
