how do you prevent the urge to throwup? whenever i run in soccer practice i feel like im gonna puke, is there something i can do to help prevent that? also, is there a way to prevent a cramp when running.? thank you soooo much in advance!

  1. Dont eat before you run

    and to avoid or get rid of cramps. breath deeply and push you diaphram down


  2. get hydrated before you run. like at least a half hour before. when I run and drink water at the same time, I get sick. Also, dont run to hard, that may also be what is making you sick. take it easy.

  3. The key to running is to stay hydrated, have an upright posture, and to breathe deeply. Having an upright posture and breathing deeply will help you feel a lot better and help prevent cramps.
