They just need something to get their heads in gear.

What do you think?

OK so they have already got one - so get a good one then.

  1. I don't think they're very proud, thats all :))

  2. maybe they should have hired Shaun Edwards..........!

  3. They should definitely have retained Shaun Edwards in some capacity -

As far as the psychology goes, too much stress is put on the backs getting things wrong. It seems to me that the pack has become so used to wearing the opposition down that they can relax after 60/70 minutes and let the backs finish off the game. That doesn't happen now and English forwards are going to have to learn to play for a whole game. Tactical substitions can ruin a side's momentum and absolve non-performers of responsibility.

Sometimes it feels like they should just leave the 15 out there and see if they can front up. It's the 2003 world cup hangover jitters again.

  4. If they've already got a sports psychologist, they're not doing a very good job. England need to play rugby for a full 80 mins, not the current 55 mins they're managing at the moment. They seem to be running out of steam in the 2nd half of the game, perhaps fitness is an issue?

  5. I agree 100%

Here is the name of a professional with a proven track record, comes highly recommended by his peers: Dr Jake White.
