Sporty 14 year old girl gaining weight ? :S?

Okay, so everyday of the week i'm excercising.

Dance, Martial Art, Gym. But im gaining weight :S I know im growing but im gettin fat. My diet is average. I weigh 61 kg and im average height.

Is there anything that could help me get slimmer by losing about 5 kgs? thanks :)

  1. you're probably just gaining muscle, no big deal. Plus at your age you're getting hips and such, you should be gaining weight! If you really want to you could cut out about 500 calories every day and that way you'll lose a pound every week

  2. Muscle weights more than fat, maybe you weight more but toning your muscles by exercising makes you look smaller, 61 kg is small. If you still want to burn some kg start drinking soy (it has B vitmins which give you energy and increase your metabolism) Also at 14 your starting to become a woman growing some hips and everything elese that comes with it will definatly give you some extra kg and there is no stoping that.
