Question:

Spot control/treatment for sensitive skin?

I have quite sensitive skin and a lot of cleansers leave my skin really dry and sore - I used to use clean and clear cleanser for sensitive skin which left my skin clear, but after a while it dried my skin out.

At the moment, I'm using a simple cleanser, toner and moisturiser and I exfoliate around twice a week - but I seem to get quite a few spots. Some of them are quite bit and sore, while others are pretty much invisible but I can feel them there.

What can I use to treat/prevent spots that won't damage my skin?

Thanks!

  1. I find that putting sudo creme on the sensitive areas really helps dry up spots.  Put it on before bed, after your normal skin care routine.  You might think that this will leave your skin very greasy, but when you wake up, your skin will be soft, the spots should be improving and your skin will probably feel less greasy than it normally would.  I've used this method for years.  Hope it helps!!

  2. keep going with the cleansing  stuff and start using Sheercover mineral makeup I had very similar problems and have had wonderful improvements since using the sheercover
