To start off I want to lose 10 pounds, no more/no less. I am 5'7 and am a size 5 want to be a 3.However, I know to lose fat you must do cardio which I am.If I do various arm/leg/ab exercises right now am I wasting my efforts?I read that I need to lose the 10 pounds first then focus on toning. How long does it take to lose 10 pounds also?Help ! =)AND NO I DONT WANT TO TRY YOUR AMAZING WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT.
