Question:

Spot reducing/cardio question?

To start off I want to lose 10 pounds, no more/no less. I am 5'7 and am a size 5 want to be a 3.

However, I know to lose fat you must do cardio which I am.

If I do various arm/leg/ab exercises right now am I wasting my efforts?

I read that I need to lose the 10 pounds first then focus on toning.

How long does it take to lose 10 pounds also?

Help ! =)

AND NO I DONT WANT TO TRY YOUR AMAZING WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT.

  1. First of all you cannot "tone" anything.muscles either grow or get smaller.

    but it will take about 5-6 weeks to lose that much.

    just eat a healthy diet and exercise 5x a week!hard exercise so you burn plenty of calories.

    cut out ALL junk food and sugary products.drink lots and lots and LOTS of water

    Eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day
