Spots on my chest possibly cancer?

Question

I had a small spot on my chest when I was about 10 it was the first spot that popped up when I was having the chicken poxs and it just didnt disappear. My doctor said it was just layers of skin that have formed together, i could remove it but it might grow back bigger in the future so I left it. 9 years later another spot has appeared on my chest just above the old one, it feels hard as if its soild inside not popable. Could this be some form of skin cancer?

Its just a spot dude but if it bothers you so much go pay a doctor $100 to tell you what i just said.

it would be better for you to go to a big hospital in your city and get yourself checked for cancer. dont waste your time asking questions and not taking the action required
