  1. try turning on the water and puting in the soap.. let it dilute a little and put the clothes in. That happened to me, too. I would wash the clothes 2 -3 times until I realized it was the detergent. good luck.

  2. would it be from the soap maybe? the all brand of laundry soap has a baby brand maybe you can try switching maybe try washing the clothes in cold water so they dont set in

  3. This has happened to me too but it was not the detergent. I also used these plastic balls in the machine, they're supposed to help dissolve the detergent faster and make the detergent get to the clothes better, etc. I always use liquid detergent by the way. Then I started to get spots. After investigating I came to the conclusion that these balls also forced the clothes to come in contact with the sides of the machine where the little holes are. And these holes had rust on them that were transferred to the clothes. Hence the little round brown spots. So...I don't know if this pertains to the problems you're having. But after I removed the balls I had no more spots.

  4. My first thought is your liquid softener isn't going in the load correctly and it will give your clothes stains like that. If you are not adding any, trey putting white vinegar in (where the softener or bleach would go). That should stop it.
