Spotting 2 week before period?

Yesterday I had a clear discharge in my underwear, today spotting. Also lower back soreness. Pregnacy or stress. Not on birth control..but alot of stress

Stress can mess with your whole being. So yes that is normal. But, if it keeps up, please go to the dr for a pap just to be on the safe side. Hope you feel better and try to relax and rid the stress if just for a little while.
