  1. sounds like old blood its mostlikely related to implantation bleeding...i wouldnt worry to much unless theres bright red blood, pain and clots

  2. Actually I heard that discoloration in your underwear this early in pregnancy could be a result from 3 things: either a. hormones, which will make your body do ALL kinds of stuff b. s*x, could have scuffed you in the wrong way with your vaginal area being as sensitive as it now is or, c. result of having an exam which would affect the vaginal area in the same way. When you get pregnant, your va-jay-jay gets really sensitive and becomes engorged, it'll swell due to hormones, progesterone entering into ur body, or any other number of reasons, making it extremely more sensitive than it usually is, so discoloration is normal if it is coming in small amounts. If it was coming in large amounts, I'd go see my OB because it could signal a miscarriage as could large amounts of blood. Keep an eye on it, but don't fret over it. Congrats on ur upcoming delivery... hope all goes well... God bless.

  3. I have recently had a bad experience with spotting during pregnancy. I only had a tiny amount of spotting at 8 weeks, had a scan a week later and I found out it was a blighted ovum and the pregnancy had never really got off the ground.

So generally I would say to any woman who has spotting during pregnancy - get it checked out.

However, if you are not even 5 weeks, then there is very little that anyone can do. It's too early for them to scan you and see what is going on. And the fact that it's a very small amount, it could easily be implantation bleeding as the embryo buries deeper into the lining.

Keep an eye on it and try not to worry too much.

  4. I would go see the doctor if for no other reason, your sanity and peace of mind.  When I had my miscarriage, I had NO cramping, NO bleeding until it was well under way, and I was spotting such VERY faintly brown blood.  I waited a few days to go to the doctor, which I wish I hadn't even though if it is going to happen, they generally can't do much about it.  The fact that it's mixed in with your cm, I wouldn't be all that concerned about it because it could also have something to do with your mucus plug.  But like I said just to put your mind at ease, go see your doc and get the all clear, that's what they are there for!

  5. Hi hun, please try not to fret too much about it as it won't do yo any good at all, It can be very normal for some women to have a small amount of spotting, and the fact that you noticed it was a light brown and in your cm should be alright, The only thing that would concern me was if it was heavier and or bright red, being only a light brown could be a result from implantation. I actually had some bleeding (more the spotting more like an extreme light period and it was red when I was 7weeks pg with my 1st daughter and went to hospital for it and everything turned out alright). However you should most definitely see your ob/gyno and get this checked out for peace of mind, any bleeding at all in pregnancy should be medically checked out just to be safe. Get a bloodtest to check your Beta HCG numbers and make sure they are on the rise.

You are in my thoughts hun, it'll be alright, have faith.

  6. I had quite a bit of spotting for the first month and a half so of course I was freaking out but my doctor said it was normal and my baby was very healthy and the pregnancy went well.

  7. alot of women spot during the first few months, relax is the best thing you can do, you stressing can cause you to miscarry, take deep breaths, focus on other things, if you cramp really big and have to double over or bleed like a period, then you might go to the doctor, but right know, it's from the egg doing it's journey through your body,
