Spousal sponsorship to Canada Immigration- No formal ceremony-Any problmes??

Hi , Please help me out here..

I am almost ready with my sponsorship application of my wife who lives in Atlanta and working on H1B visa. I am working and living in Toronto. We are from India. We met for the first time in October 2007 through internet and did civil marriage in April 2008.

Folowing stuff as a proof

Photos of trips with spouse

- Proof of ongoing correspondence between you and your spouse (letters, emails, instant message logs, etc)

- Phone bills showing long distance calls to each other

- Marriage certificate

However my question is we did not have any formal ceremoney as her whole family is back in India so we are planning to have formal ceremony back in India in early 2009.

Therefore, I do not have any formal ceremony/reception pictures taken and enclosed as a proof. However we have plenty of pictures with our six trips together in past six months.

Would it create any problem? If yes, what is the way out? Plzz help

You should be fine.  Photos of the cememony are only a suggestion on what to bring for proof of marriage, but you so have a marriage certificate so that is the best proof.  You seem to have a lot of other proof of relationship so you will be fine.

My husband and I got married in a civil ceremony and then started my application for PR.  We had no problem with this as I was processed through immigration.  We didn't even have to do an interview.  

Everything that you do have sounds great--you should have no problems concerning this.
