I sprained my finger 2 1/2 weeks ago but I kept playing basketball. I know that it is sprained and not broken. It was healing but I decided to play basketball recently with friends and it broke again. It was my pinky finger. I'm going to stop playing basketball but I was wondering how to keep my skill in basketball like watching videos of it. Can someone tell me so ideas because my doctor said don't play anymore basketball for now.How can I still be good in basketball like watching videos?Also what are some things I can do to make my pinky heal faster like getting a small hard ball and squeezing it?I already iced it and I will take Tylenol if needed.
