i sprained my ankle today in gymnastics at school (doctor has told me its sprained but was in a hurry and didn't tell me much)when i was doing a cartwheel and got it bandaged and had some ice on it.... Is there anything i can do to help it heal?but mainly i wanted to know how long i should not do gymnastics for? i am not usually the greatest at sport but have actually been doing pretty well at this, or at least i've tried harder then most of the people in my class... anyway i've put allot of work into improving and i'll be really upset if i can't even do the assessment!and i can't rest my leg allot because i have to go to school and i go to a big school with ALOT of stairs...any suggestions?
