Question:

Sprained ankle? what to do for it?

okay so at gymnasts today i rolled my ankle on the trampoline, possibly a slight sprain. i cant walk on it yet, and it looks like it might be starting to bruise a little. i can however point and flex it and roll it in circles. ive been iceing it.

but anyways tommorow im gonna be doing alot of walking and i need it to be better enough for that. how can i make this happen?

  1. I'd guess you did not walk far or that it was no fun and your ankle really hurts right now.

  2. Keep off it as much as possible today, as well as having it up ie; on a sofa arm or something. Arnica is awsome for helping with brusing, and with walking tomorrow keep it straped. Hope this helps :)
