Sprained ankle- what traning can i do now?

I'm a soccer player and i've juz sprained my ankle and i'm not allowed to run/sprint for 2 weeks. so i'm considering to do some strength training,

can anyone give me suggestions how i should go around doing this

or

does anyone have any better idea on what i should train on that can help me in my gAME

  1. you could try doing some light swimming laps at your local pool.  A lot of people swim with sprained ankles.  I'd still good to your doctor though and see what's best for you.


  2. talk to your dr. you'll prolly be doing some pt. just take it easy and ease yourself back into running.

  3. Sit and gently pull up and push downt he affected leg !
