Spring Break 2008?

I will be in Mexico this year for spring break... Of course we all want that perfect "beach body". I do not know where to start. I work out every day; if not then every other. I am just not happy with the way I look either way. Should I just eat less?? Honestly? if I want fast results...

  2. No, try eating more nutritious foods, maybe even low fat stuff - plus you have till march its only January

Oprah's doctor Oz had some great advice.  Drink plenty of milk- have cereal or something with fiber in the morning, quit drinking alcohol or soda, take a multi vitamin, integrate cardio with light weights so not to bulk up, eat small meals every 3 hours instead of large meals, eat whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.  Sounds like common sense but changing what and how you eat makes a huge difference!  Just make the above adjustments and if your not seeing enough results 1 month before cut back on a few calories and try to avoid processed foods- good luck
