Spring Break under $600/person?

We're looking for an awesome spring break in either South Padre, preferably Mexico. Our only real concern is our budget, we probably couldn't spend more than $600/person for the combination of a stay and transportation. Does anyone know any good deals, anywhere? We're not picky about how nice the place is, just want to be somewhere that's great to party.

Wait how many people? Hotels are cheap if lets say four people go and they all stay in one room with two king (or Queen) beds.
