Spring break! WOO-HOO!! ...Now what?

Question

Spring break is coming soon, and I'm looking for some fun activities to do with my six-year-old daughter. Any suggestions?

Should be:

* In or near the North Texas area (Dallas, Ft Worth, Arlington)

* Child-appropriate

* Out of the ordinary - the more adventurous, the better!

* Educational (It's a plus, but it's not required.)

* Reasonably priced (please don't suggest "Fly to Disneyland")

just do something crazy try somethin new. i don't know wut all uv done, but be crazy!

I live in Austin.

I'm planning on taking my daughter to Fiesta Texas or Six Flags, the Beach is a must (padre), that new INDOOR amusement park sounds like fun!

Also for educational there are tons of musseums all over the place.. there's a childrens one in Austin that my 4 y/o likes.

Then there's always tubing in San Marcos ...

HAVE FUN!  I wish I could take a week off of work to spend with my daughter!!! LUCKY!  LOL

South Padre island, im from georgia but I have a shirt that says South Padre Island 0% school 100% party!! But I dont know anything about it, sounds cool.
