Question:

Springbaks: Do you really need to put it under the regular shoes' insoles?

Basically, Springbak Speedsoles are insoles that are supposed to increase your vertical leap by 1-2 inches instantaneously and cut your time in the 40 yard dash.

For people who are familiar with the product, Do you really need to put it under the regular shoes' insoles for it to work or Will it still work if you just slip it on top of the shoes insoles?

It might not be a worthwhile endeavor to mess up the insoles that have been glued into the shoe (i.e. Nike, Adidas and Reebok all have their insoles glued in their basketball shoes )

I hope to get some decent answers (and not simple one liners and not from people who are not even familiar or have not tried the product) since Springbak.net and Springbak.com doesn't seem to email people asking questions.

  1. I have them, and I put them into my basketball shoes, and I had to rip the insoles out. I didn't get an increased 2 inches in vertical, but they were a great shock absorber and my knees (which used to be sore after playing basketball) healed. I'm not sure if this product worked for other people, but it didn't for me. I wouldn't recommend it.
