Sprint's 450 plan: What's included as far as messaging?

I looked up their 450 plan on their website, and it sounds like it has unlimited messaging, but I'm not sure. I'm looking for a new plan, and I like that one if it's what I think it is. I'm also leaning toward tmobiles myfaves with 300 minutes. Any info?

  1. There is a "Simply Everything" plan that includes talk, free mobile-to-mobile (sprint to sprint)  text, data, GPS and TV.  It is $69.99 a month for 450 minutes or $w0 more for twice that much.  

    There is a talk-text plan for  450 minutes that is $49.99.
