Sprint Bluetooth Text Message Question using Sony Clie (Palm) PDA...?

I have a Sony Clie PEG-UX50 (Bluetooth Enabled) and a Sprint LG Fusic LX-550 Phone. I can't get the SMS program on the Palm to work with the phone, even after the driver update. It says the phone is unable to handle the request.

Can SMS data transfer be done with a Sprint bluetooth phone and a Palm? Thanks!

Bluetooth communicates between devices within about 30feet of each other. You can not xfer files over long distances like the Internet or your local carriers network.
