Sprint Music Manager: Palm Centro won't connect to PC?

Okay,

I'm trying to transfer music from my PC to my phone.

I have installed the software.

I have the charger cable plugged into the wall & phone.

I have the USB cable plugged into the PC & phone.

I have Sprint Music Manager open.

I have switched to the Transfer tab.

But it still won't connect.

What am I doing wrong?

Try opening up pTunes while it's connected. When I sync songs to my Centro with Windows Media Player, I open up pTunes and that's when my computer recognizes it.
