I am 25 yr old man, height 6"3 and weight approx 75-80 kgs . I am going to take part in 100m/200m sprint competition in the next couple of weeks and months. I lift weights often and run around the block. I want to take part in these sprinting competitions, but need to know what should be my exercise routine, is there any particular diet and weight training I should follow to help increase my performance?
