Sprint blackberry curve!!! HELP!

Question

If I buy a blackberry curve on ebay and then switch my number to that phone, do you think that sprint will still charge charge me for the blackberry plan if I didn't mention the type of phone when I changed it. because I already have picture mail and unlimited text with a data plan and I'm not looking to add another $30 to the bill.

Because they told me that a blackberry plan was required.

which I don't like.

if your not going to use  the data plan  dont get a blackberry.  once you see what it can do  you will  want a data plan

I would recommend one of Sprint's Simply Everything Plans that they offer. They have a 450, 900 and unlimited plan. These plans include unlimited mobile to mobile, messaging, and BlackBerry data. I believe they also include unlimited night and weekends, as well as unlimited navigation.
