Hi, My names james and im a 15 year old boy. Im aiming to work on my sprinting times and make them a lot better since i have been told by my athletics coach that i am a "natural sprinter".
My 100m time is 11.7
My 200m time is 24.1
Please bare in mind both these times were ran on a grass field, with astroturf football trainers on, so on a real track with spikes my times would be faster.
Are these times good for a 15 year old boy to work on and maybe have a running career in the future?
