Can sprinting and jogging tax the muscle gained from weight training? And if so how can one do cardio withought loseing the muscle gained the day prior? I mean it would make no sence to workout for an hour one day and jog the next and have your body eat its own muscle right?...

I do weight training, i just want to lose the keg so i can finnaly see that 6-pack!

  1. You dont lose muscle from working out, You train muscles for a specific bout, and they react by building up in anticipation of you doing that activity again.
