Sprinting Long Strides?

i really dont have long so is there any home exercises i can do to make my strides have high-kness and be long for sprinting..?

they have to be things i can do in the house!

  1. mostly just stretching your calves, hamstrings and quads.  the more flexible you are, the longer stride you can comfortably run with.

    besides that, work on high knees as you run in place
